We have just launched our www.AccommodationUK.com website, after almost 6 years of intensive research carried out in all Continents across the Globe. Our research was targeted at International Tourists, local/domestic holiday makers, and business travelers/delegates attending conferences, including students. The results were astounding! We know what the Tourist wants!

For the Tourist / Traveler

90% of all questionnaires returned/ interview results, indicated that the Tourist/ Traveler was sick and tired of websites wherein they were ‘forced’ to insert data …e.g., date-of-arrival, time, no. of days, no. of people in party, etc. … before being able to see the various accommodation venues. What they want … is to be able to initially browse freely without having to first ‘type-in’ data … to get to the next stage. We give them that! We give them absolute freedom and flexibility to browse as they please!

Additionally, they are all aware that there are dominant monopolies out there which give them a major run-a-round, usually ending up at the same ‘booking agent website’ … whereupon, commission paid out … is ultimately part of the final bill, and if not, one can definitely expect a compromise of quality or service, … somewhere down the line. The Tourist knows this!

We do not give them the typical ‘run-a-round’ as we do not operate on a commission basis. They have choices. They have the choice of dealing direct with the Establishment owner, or the owner’s booking agent … only if they wish to!

Communication is also a problem in that … with the ever-increasing acts of Terrorism, most Tourist/ Travelers would like to be able to communicate direct with the owners/managers … perhaps enquire about current security measures, etc., and not be forced to deal through faceless ‘middle-agents’ … whom never or hardly return calls, nor reply to emails! Certainly these days there are always a few ‘extra’ questions that one may wish to ask … but on most websites … it is not possible!

With us at www.AccommodationUK.com we give them the ability to communicate via an Online Form, Telephone, Fax, or email, …depending of course on whatever facilities the Establishment owner wishes to activate. The Establishment owner also has choices!

Another huge gripe is the fact that whenever they wish to inform friends & relatives, business colleagues about a particular Establishment which they enjoyed, … they can never find the place, even if they happen to locate and search on the originating website. Most websites do not have a ‘Name’ search box whereby one can insert the Establishment name … or just part of it … to find the place! Establishment owners lose out on major word-of-mouth promotions and no doubt … a lot of potential return clients!

With us… from the Home Page of www.AccommodationUK.com one can find an Establishment simply by typing in the name , or part of it, click ‘Go’ and …if they are listed, the listings will appear. All it takes is ‘one click’ after inserting the name on our Home page to find the venue!
